Block Reign lives at the intersection of AI and blockchain. We build blockchain infrastructure, compliance solutions, and AI tools that help businesses and government agencies put these technologies to work responsibly.

Our view is simple: AI needs a trusted source of truth, and blockchain provides it. That is why compliance is built into everything we deliver from day one, never bolted on later. Through Veracore Compliance Group, we offer Vera, an AI compliance agent, alongside infrastructure and commercialization services.

We serve clients across the country and around the world, and we are growing fast.

The Role

We are hiring a Director of Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and bring new clients into the Block Reign ecosystem. You will open doors with enterprises, organizations, and government agencies that need blockchain infrastructure and AI working together, then guide them from first conversation to signed agreement.

This is a high-impact, independent contractor (1099) role for a self-starter who thrives on building pipeline and closing deals. Remote, with travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

What You'll Do

Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise, organizational, and government prospects
Sell Block Reign's blockchain infrastructure, AI solutions, and compliance products, including Vera
Lead discovery conversations and help clients see what AI and blockchain can do together for their organization
Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships that expand our reach domestically and internationally
Represent Block Reign at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
Work closely with leadership and our technical team on proposals, pricing, and solution design
Track activity, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline progress

What We're Looking For

Required

Proven track record in sales or business development, with a history of hitting and exceeding targets
Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident communicator who can explain complex technology in plain language
Experience selling to enterprise, institutional, or government clients

Preferred

Experience in the digital asset, AI, or blockchain space
An existing network of decision makers in technology, finance, or the public sector
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in emerging technology

Compensation and Opportunity

Monthly compensation as an independent contractor (1099)
Generous commission on every deal you bring in, with no cap on what you can earn
Equity opportunity: the chance to earn shares and stock options and grow with the company, subject to board approval and plan terms
