Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, an experienced professional responsible for establishing supplier quality processes and overseeing supplier qualifications in a full-time, home-based role. Key Responsibilities Lead supplier quality activities during the factory build-out and transition into production Conduct supplier audits and on-site assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards Collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and enhance quality controls Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field) 8-10 years of supplier quality engineering experience in high volume highly regulated manufacturing environments At least 2+ years of experience in lithium-related manufacturing Experience launching new manufacturing lines or processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
