Landscape Construction Foreman

Let’s build something great together. Outback Landscape is looking for a hands‑on Construction Foreman who knows how to take a set of plans and bring them to life—on time, on budget, and with pride. What You’ll Do Lead 2–6 crew members in landscape construction projects (hardscape, irrigation, planting, grading) Manage daily site operations: materials, schedules, safety, and quality control Read and interpret plans and blueprints accurately Run skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other equipment with confidence Communicate clearly with Project Managers and clients on progress and punch lists Solve problems in real‑time and keep jobs moving Track time, materials, and progress with daily accountability What You Need Minimum 2 years in landscape or construction leadership Proficiency in hardscapes, grading, and equipment operation Ability to read and understand plans and site layouts A clean driving record (CDL a plus) Strong leadership, accountability, and pride in your work Willingness to train, grow, and uphold our standard of excellence What You Get Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience and certifications Biweekly pay + direct deposit Bonus potential based on project milestones and efficiency Access to high‑end tools, equipment, and leadership development Growth path for the future Work that feels like progress every single day About Outback Landscape We design, build, and maintain landscapes that stand out.
