DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION — PT or OT Premier Senior Living Community | Beaverton, Oregon

You'll lead the PT program while remaining clinically engaged—developing your team, partnering with nursing and community leadership, identifying opportunities early, and helping residents maintain mobility and independence across the continuum of care.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the physical therapy program

• Maintain an active clinical caseload

• Mentor and develop therapists and therapy assistants

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, caregivers, and community leadership

• Drive mobility, fall prevention, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Partner across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support

• Establish strong clinical and referral relationships

• Monitor clinical quality, outcomes, and program performance

• Bring a proactive, relationship-driven approach to the community

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the occupational therapy program

• Maintain an active clinical caseload

• Partner with residents, families, caregivers, nursing, and community leadership

• Address ADLs, IADLs, cognition, mobility, safety, routines, and meaningful activity

• Bring strength-based, person-centered approaches to Memory Support

• Help residents adapt their environment—not simply adapt themselves to it

• Build strong referral and interdisciplinary relationships

• Drive clinical quality, outcomes, and program performance

You'll have the opportunity to practice OT where life actually happens—supporting residents across their daily routines, environments, relationships, and meaningful pursuits.
