Scheduling Manager

Humana Inc seeks a Scheduling Manager, Workforce Management for CenterWell Pharmacy to lead a team of Workforce Scheduling Analysts and design staffing across multiple lines of business. You will forecast demand and balance employee preferences with budget. You will partner with Forecasting, Real-Time Management, Operations, Human Resources, and Partners to maximize resource utilization while maintaining a positive employee experience.
