Tippecanoe County Public Defender seeks a Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and staff during all phases of the litigation process and assist the Chief Public Defender in managing departmental systems. Responsibilities include organizing discovery, maintaining case files, preparing, reviewing, and indexing discovery materials, and assisting with payroll and expenses.
