- Customer Service & Relations: Greet customers warmly, build positive relationships, and provide professional assistance with banking needs and inquiries.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Drawer Management: Maintain a secure cash drawer, balance currency daily, and ensure accurate balancing records.
- Product Promotion: Identify customer financial needs and introduce basic bank products and services.
- Security & Compliance: Strictly adhere to institutional security procedures, privacy regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Schedule: Monday through Saturday availability.
- Monday - Friday: Shifts are scheduled for a 40-hour workweek within the operational window of 6:45 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Saturday: Mandatory half-day rotation on Saturdays.
- Experience: Previous cash handling, retail, or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong basic math and computer literacy.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
