Pay starts at a guaranteed $23.50/hour plus tips, based on experience. You'll still be on the floor cutting, plus leading shifts, coaching stylists, and keeping the salon running. Weekend availability required; Colorado cosmetology or barber license required. United Salons dba Great Clips pays on a weekly basis, every Friday.
