Imagine stepping onto a spotless production floor where your precision keeps fuel cell components flowing safely and consistently. As our Process Operations Specialist, your focus and care translate into reliable clean‑energy products.
Your missionOwn the process: operate equipment, follow the playbook, and make quality your signature.
How you will contribute- Operate and continuously monitor manufacturing and processing machines.
- Execute step‑by‑step work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Load inputs and remove parts and materials from equipment as needed.
- Watch set points and process conditions; flag and report abnormalities.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections with basic measuring tools.
- Detect defects or process problems and notify the appropriate supervisor or technician.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
- Partner closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to run industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- Consistent, reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
