Daybreak Foods - - Responsibilities: Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble processing equipment on a daily basis; Work with chemicals, high pressure cleaning equipment, manual scrubbing, use of a hose and simple mechanical tools; Maintain training on the correct use of equipment, chemicals and their MSDSs; Review the sanitation chemicals with the supervisor including use, mixing, appropriateness, etc.; Responsible for record keeping/paperwork
