Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of a program. If you have a passion for making a positive impact in the community, must have at least 1 year working in caregiving, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Skills:

Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with others.
Excellent administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and reports
Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation ISP.
Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to allocate resources effectively
Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus
Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team
