What We’re Looking For Leadership Potential – 1+ year of management experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Commitment – Willing to grow with us for at least 1–2 years in this role. Reliability – You have dependable transportation and strong work ethic. Communication Skills – You connect well with team members and guests. Positive Energy – You bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a great attitude to every shift. What the Job Schedule Would Look Like 40-50 hours per week Must have open availability for hours of operation 7 AM–9:30 PM What You’ll Do Lead by example — working side by side with your team (no “clipboard managers” here!)
