MDS Coordinator

Cedar Ridge Center – ME, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Skowhegan, seeks an MDS Coordinator, RN. In this key clinical role, you will lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, complete and audit MDS assessments, and ensure accurate, timely documentation to support individualized care plans and optimal reimbursement.
