Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesiology experience Valid medical license to practice in Idaho or eligible via IMLC DEA license and Compliance with all licensing and certification standards Proficiency in regional anesthesia and confident in performing or supervising anesthesia cases Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with obstetric anesthesia, including OB coverage Familiarity with trauma site procedures, including Level II Trauma protocols Ability to adapt to hospital protocols and procedures seamlessly Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency completed in Anesthesiology with at least one year of active practice post-residency Prior experience supporting trauma or community-based hospital settings is a plus Other Requirements: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and call shifts in Boise and Nampa Comfortable with supporting staff supervision (4/1 supervision ratio) and working within a team-oriented environment Must meet all state, federal, and institutional credentialing requirements Competitive pay at $351/hour along with comprehensive benefits, weekly direct deposit payments, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and an engaging work environment await you.
