Coachella Valley Anesthesia is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join our team at Mercy Medical Center Merced. Position Overview

Broad case mix in a busy community hospital setting

Collaborative MD/CRNA care model

Compensation & Benefits

Annual compensation of $800,000–$1,000,000, depending on experience

Full-time 1099 independent contractor model

Malpractice insurance provided

Additional earning opportunities may be available

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for scheduled and emergent procedures

Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments

Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in the anesthesia call rotation

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

Active California medical license or ability to obtain

DEA certification

ACLS certification required

Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
