Job Overview Commercial and Residential Management Group is seeking a Leasing Agent with strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service to manage apartment leasing for the 296-unit Pioneer Ridge community. Job Details Location: Pioneer Ridge Apartments (Oregon City, OR) Hourly Rate: $19‑21/hr Schedule: Full Time, Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs Additional Compensation: Monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities Answer phone inquiries and greet residents. Assist residents and tour prospective tenants. Maintain curb appeal and market units. Accurately prepare leases and related documents. Manage all aspects of apartment leasing for the 296‑unit community. Requirements One (1) year of previous customer service experience required. One (1) year of property management, sales, or leasing agent experience a plus. Basic knowledge of MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel). Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy. Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, fair housing, and safety protocols. Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and clean driving record for work‑related errands. High school diploma or equivalent. Pre‑employment background check required.
