The Answer Brewpub is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Contract Beertender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of craft beers and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include pouring and serving a wide variety of beers, educating customers about our offerings, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and handling transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour and serve beer to customers
• Educate customers on beer styles, flavors, and brewing processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of craft beers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
