Your Role Awaits

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, recommending diagnostic procedures, and constructing individualized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues either independently or in partnership with physicians, adhering to your credentialing
• Providing educational support to patients and their families regarding preventive care, wellness, and disease management
• Administering prescriptions and therapeutic interventions in line with your practice scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic disease management
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee holistic patient care
• Meticulously documenting patient information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background Needed

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Credentials

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
