Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques Assist with treatment planning Review progress towards treatment plan goals Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team Attend required on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Timely and comprehensively document necessary treatment data in the electronic patient health record Follow necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements Contribute to treatment programs supporting individuals on their path to recovery and wellness Requirements 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred At minimum Bachelor’s Degree, consistent with state-level regulation and requirements Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum Ability to plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments Knowledge of addiction therapy Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques Ability to assist with treatment planning and review progress toward treatment plan goals Ability to coordinate patient care with an onsite multidisciplinary team Ability to attend on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Ability to document treatment data in the electronic patient health record Ability to follow regulatory and company compliance requirements Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in planning and conducting group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and treatment planning while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
