JOB SUMMARY

Hourly Rate Range: $40.00 - $48.00 When determining a base salary or hourly rate, several factors may be considered as applicable such as years of relevant experience, education, credentials. Shift Differential: $4.30 Weekend Differential: $2.00 Sign on Bonus: $5,000 As an RN working at RRBH and Haven, you are an integral member of our interdisciplinary team. While patients and families are at the center of care, our nurses lead the team in developing individualized treatment plans that meet the patient where they are and ensure the plan is designed to meet the patient’s goals. Our treatment team is truly multidisciplinary, and is comprised of patients, nurses, social workers, recreational activity therapists, psychiatric nursing assistants, dietitians and Pastoral Care Counselors. Our therapeutic milieu is comprised of daily therapeutic group offerings, medication therapies, individual therapy, psychoeducation groups, art and music therapy, movement groups and family support. Our RNs also have the opportunity to act as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors for the many students who rotate through RRBH from various Universities. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health. Pay Rate: NEW competitive RN wages and Weekend differentials! Schedule: Scheduled Per Diem II Every Other Weekend : 6:45pm - 7:15am. Every other weekend required. Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
