The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-TimeOperations Specialist (NH-0301-03) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/ESI) at Hanscom AFB, MA. Recruitment, Retention, and Relocation incentives may be available. VoP (Value of Position): 81 Qualifications/Requirements In this position, you will serve as a key business operations and administrative lead for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). You will be responsible for tracking command reporting, managing document workflows, and providing executive-level support to ensure seamless business operations for the International New Business team. U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance. This position is eligible for limited situational telework; it is not a full-time telework or remote position. Top Related KSAs Operations & Workflow Management: Track and ensure timely completion of official Foreign Military Sales (FMS) reporting and project action items. Executive Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, organize logistics, and handle key communications for senior division leadership. FMS Correspondence Coordination: Review, format, and organize data packages and official correspondence requiring senior-level review and functional approval. Digital Collaboration & Records: Facilitate virtual team meetings, maintain SharePoint repositories, manage organizational charts, and document meeting minutes. U.S. citizenship required.
