Job Description
You will manage systems engineering requirements and develop technical strategies to maintain and improve submarine system performance.
You will serve as a senior technical expert for assigned systems for all in-service submarines to include continuous systems monitoring, problem solving, evaluation/modification, maintenance and repair specifications, and technical troubleshooting.
You will execute Ship Design Manager and Engineering Manager's Technical Authority for all in-service submarine classes.
You will provide engineering oversight of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) engineering practices.
You will ensure appropriate systems engineering processes are properly applied during systems life cycle sustainment.
You will plan, manage, and coordinate various engineering development programs/projects which involve continuous systems monitoring, evaluation, modification, and analysis of other pertinent factors affecting system performance.
