Part Time Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing individually tailored care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication with residents and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Must possess a Registered Nurse License in PA
