Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential or eligibility for credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction to small groups of students with special education needs in an SDC environment.
• Develop, write, and implement IEPs in partnership with families and school teams.
• Adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and ensure access to the core curriculum.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress to drive ongoing instructional decisions.
• Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and related service providers.
• Communicate regularly with families to share progress and address concerns.
• Uphold compliance with district, state, and federal regulations for special education.
