This role ensures exceptional employee experience while maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local leave laws and company policies. The Leave Partner collaborates closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, payroll, benefits vendors, and third- party administrators to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate leave support. Critical for success will be the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service. The anticipated salary range is $87,000 - $113,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Must present a professional, positive image at all timesStrong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state and local leave lawsHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situationsMust possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review TeamPHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification (Desired)Experience in a multi-state or complex leave environment.
