Cath Lab RN Position

Shift: 4x10s, rotating 0700-1730, 0700-1730 late and 1000-2030 close as needed. Years of experience required: 2. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekends required: Every other. Certifications required: ACLS, BLS. On-call required: Yes. Rotating call includes evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, within service line. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: No. Local radius rule: Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. Pending License accepted: Yes. RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days. Guaranteed hours: 40. Special requirements: Need candidates with level 1 trauma and experience in high volume/high level of acuity Cath lab to be successful in our procedural area.

Patient Diagnoses: Top diagnoses include AMI, chest pain, heart failure, NSTEMI, aortic stenosis, V-tach, endocarditis, Afib, peripheral vascular disease, sick sinus syndrome. Special procedures/unit details: RN circulator needed to work in the diagnostic and interventional PCI environment. RN circulator will provide conscious sedation under the direction of the attending, handoff sterile supplies, assess vitals, and document in EPIC. Will likely cross train to run hemodynamics in the monitor tech role. Required: interventional scrub experience.
