Job Description

This role involves supporting daily production and warehouse operations by performing a variety of general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials and assisting with basic production activities. You work a consistent schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, helping to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties to support production and warehouse activities.
• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Assist with general production tasks as directed, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
• Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, staging products, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Operate a forklift when authorized and trained, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures, including proper use of equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet production goals.

Work Environment

This position is based in a production and warehouse setting, where you perform hands-on tasks throughout your shift. The role involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials up to 50 pounds. You may work around forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and you follow established safety procedures at all times. The environment is fast-paced and focused on meeting production and shipping needs while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Appropriate work attire suitable for a warehouse and production environment is expected.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monongahela, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
