Senior Test Lead

4-6+ years of experience as SDET to assess software quality through automated testing using Cucumber, Selenium, Java, MongoDB, SQL/No SQL 4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role 4+ years of experience in Banking, Credit Card processing, API testing, Data / ETL testing 2+ years of experience in test automation using AI agents Expert in BDD/TDD to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, acceptance criteria and define test scenarios in Gherkin syntax Experience in implementing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and working with test data Execute test cases (manual or automated), analyze results, evaluate product according to acceptance criteria, report bugs/errors to development teams, conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing Proficient in QA Methodology, Agile frameworks, functional testing and regression testing Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts Develop and execute automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and security of web applications Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless execution and reporting Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve them. Ability to troubleshoot errors/gaps/defects, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Provide detailed reports on test coverage, execution results, and defect status.
