Job Title: Database Administrator (SQL/NoSQL) – Oracle/PostgreSQL/Cassandra Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Experience: 5+ Years Duration: Long-Term Job Description We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience managing, administering, and supporting enterprise database environments, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra. Experience with cloud platforms is highly preferred. Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or Database Engineer. Strong experience with SQL databases. Hands‑on experience with NoSQL databases, preferably Cassandra. Experience administering Oracle Database. Experience with PostgreSQL. Knowledge of database backup, recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience with database security, user management, and high availability. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong SQL scripting and database performance optimization skills. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with database migration and replication. Familiarity with automation or scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell). Experience supporting production database environments.
