Surg Tech CVOR - Travel Job

Join our team at Jackson HealthPros as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you’ll function as a member of a cardiac team, expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You’ll ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements: Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) BLS Certification 2 years‘ experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment Washington state license for CVOR Tech COVID vaccine required Assignment Details Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Alternate schedule may be considered: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:15 AM - 3:00 PM Shift days: Monday through Friday Weekend requirement is covered by call time Call requirement for techs: 8-9 call days per month Call hours start at 9:00 PM and end at 6:30 AM the next morning Weekend call includes 12-hour day call, 12-hour night call, and 24-hour backup call Call response time: 30 minutes Holiday coverage is required on a rotation Floating may be required to the main operating room Block scheduling is available Benefits Designed for Travelers We deeply value your commitment to impacting others, that’s why we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package starting your first day.
