Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Picker / Packer:

• Pulls and packs product based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

• Work with small and large sized aluminum and steel components

• Inspect freshly painted product to ensure that there are no flaws and parts are up to standards

• Efficiently package finished parts as they come off the line and are cooled.

• Ensure quality standards are being met.

• Display flexibility and motivation to work in various departments of the shop as needed.

• Assemble finished parts after they have been painted.

• Pack finished product carefully and label with correct shipping information to ensure product is sent out correctly.

• Work as a team both within your department and as an entire company

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Display efficient and quality work ethic in fast-paced work environment

• Detail oriented, Multi-tasking skills

• Ability to lift upwards of 40 pounds

• Comfortable working in hot/ non-temperature-controlled shop

• Reliable and motivated to help where needed every day

• Metal manufacturing/production experience a plus

• Resume and interview required

• Background check and drug test required
