ACES is a private special education day school network serving students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs. combine high expectations, structured supports, and strong relationships to systems and data infrastructure to ensure every decision is backed by accurate, our SIS is accurate, compliant, and built to support both daily operations and Working closely with school leaders and operational teams, you’ll ensure student data flows seamlessly across enrollment, scheduling, Lead implementation and configuration of PowerSchool aligned to Oversee migration from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and continuity * Build and optimize workflows for enrollment, scheduling, grading, and Partner with school leaders on rostering, course setup, and academic records * Establish consistent data entry standards across campuses * Support integrations with other systems and analyze data quality * You understand how strong data systems empower educators—and you take pride in building tools that make their work easier and more effective. 3-7 years of experience with SIS, edtech, or data systems * Background in Information Systems, EdTech, Data Analytics, or similar * Knowledge of scheduling, rostering, reporting, and system configuration * Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement * school teams * A chance to lead a high-impact, organization-wide system implementation * If you’re excited about building systems that help schools operate better and committed to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
