Rockaway Home Care, a division of Foundation For the Elderly, seeks a dedicated Home Care Intake Specialist for our Dearborn, MI office. You will process referrals, contact patients and families, verify insurance, and educate on home care services to ensure a smooth start of care. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in home care intake, understanding MLTC requirements, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid.
