Traditional 5-day, 8-hour days
Four 10-hour days
Three 10–12-hour days
$70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Opportunity to choose pay model (hourly or pay-per-visit if desired)
On-site mentorship and collaboration with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty-specific training
Support from an experienced, therapist-driven leadership team

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
Pediatric experience preferred
