Director of Underwriting & Closings - Real Estate Finance
Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation
CAHEC is seeking a Directors of Underwriting & Closings to lead a team through complex tax credit investments and equity closings. This working manager will coordinate with development, risk management, and counsel to ensure timely, accurate due diligence and compliant closing processes.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in commercial real estate finance, with strong Excel modeling and leadership abilities. Raleigh-based with travel and remote work options.
