Job Description

Park Lane Post Acute is hiring a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in West Chester, PA.

Pay:

Up to $50 per hour

Shifts available:
• 11:00pm-7:00am Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
Oversee implementation of resident care plans
Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
Previous Supervisor experience
