Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a School Psychologist. Supportive, mission-driven culture that truly wants you to succeed School Counselor Responsibilities Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify students' learning, emotional, or behavioral need Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide individual and group counseling to support students' mental health and social-emotional development Assist in crisis intervention and provide support in emergency situations impacting students or staff Consult with educators on classroom strategies, behavior plans, and accommodations for diverse learners Participate in special education eligibility meetings and contribute to evaluations and compliance documentation
