We have been in business for over 25 years and have built a reputation of being an honest, trustworthy company with an A+ BBB rating. We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and highly organized Installation Coordinator/Customer Service Representative service to join our team!! ***If you’re a clock-puncher who wants to do as little as possible, then please stop reading this right now . Schedule and confirm installation appointments.
Serve as the primary communication link among all parties involved.
Update and maintain the installation calendar.
Prepare necessary installation documents and instructions.
Address and resolve any scheduling issues or conflicts. Requirements:
Proven experience in a coordination role or related field.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Comfort with technology, including scheduling software and office applications.
Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines with composure.
