Compensation $25 to $55 per session depending on class size. Competitive class pay with bonuses based on performance. Referral bonuses for bringing in new instructors. Excellent multitasking ability. Interest in learning with our expanding brand. Minimum but not required 1‑year experience in Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness. Ability to motivate and challenge group classes with leadership and public speaking skills. Great cueing and communication ability. Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
