H-E-B Store Department Lead

As an H-E-B Store Department Lead, you'll lead a well-stocked, well-maintained department, while providing superior customer service. You'll also perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training / developing Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations / training, customer service / sales, and food safety. Additional department-specific responsibilities may include overseeing production planning and execution, applying advanced knowledge of current trends, and ensuring effective production planning and execution of supporting processes.

Qualifications include an age requirement of 18+, work experience, and expert knowledge of department production stations. Education requirements include an associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of equivalent education / training. Physical demands include the ability to lift and manage various weights, and work in fast-paced, retail environments.
