Job Description
Located in the heart of Santa Fe, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi fuses Southwestern style with five-star elegance and service. Lauded as the best hotel in Santa Fe by leading travel organizations and magazines, the boutique property offers travelers unparalleled access to the city's artistic, cultural and culinary treasures. We are looking for professional fine dining servers to provide high quality service. To work independently in a lead position and provide food and beverage service according to standards. Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork. Ensure all necessary pre-shift/post-shift side work is completed daily. Perform other assigned duties with the highest quality of standards. Previous proven restaurant experience is required. Previous fine dining experience is strongly recommended.
Requirements and Skills
- Must have a valid/current Food Handler Certificate
- Must have a valid/current Alcohol Server Permit
- Excellent communication skills * Food and beverage knowledge * Patient and customer oriented * Friendly attitude * Practice professionalism * Responsible and a team player * Attention to cleanliness and detail
Job Types
Full-time, Part-time Pay: $4.62 per hour plus tips
