All teachers are eligible for a Masters stipend of $1700 and Ph.D. stipend of $3000. National board certification qualifies teachers for an additional stipend of $1700. We may accept all years of applicable service towards placement on the salary Dental and Vision Benefits at PCS cover the employee and their immediate family at a composite rate. The monthly employee contribution is the same regardless of spouse and number of dependents. Additional optional benefits such as 403b/457a plans FSA/HSA Cancer Accident Disability and Life Insurance are also available.

A valid California Single Subject Mathematics credential and an English Learner credential authorization SB 2042 credential with embedded EL authorization SDAIE CLAD or BCLAD (preferred) are required.
