Overview Calling all Heroes - bring your talent to Benedictine. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people\'s loved ones. The RN Float travels to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed and interacts with a great team of Associates and residents. Responsibilities The RN develops and implements an appropriate plan of care based on assessment. The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration. RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed. Qualifications Must hold current state licensure as an RN in good standing. Possess organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. Have excellent communication skills. Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
