Clinical Informatics Specialist - Oncology

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist - Oncology to join our team remotely.

Role Responsibilities

The Clinical Informatics Specialist supports oncologyfocused EHR initiatives, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT teams to design, optimize, and implement workflows across ambulatory and acute oncology settings. This role serves as a key translator between oncology clinicians and technical build teams to ensure workflows enhance patient care and streamline communication for oncology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery and document ambulatory and acute oncology clinical and operational workflows

Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements

Support oncology EHR initiatives with a strong emphasis on Epic Mosaic

Translate oncology business and clinical needs into functional requirements and recommendations

Support implementation activities including validation, testing, and workflow alignment

Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders

Provide light project and program management support as needed

Required Skills/Experience

Deep experience with ambulatory and/or acute oncology workflows

Strong Epic Mosaic experience with the ability to interpret clinical needs for technical build teams

Experience supporting oncologyrelated systems such as Epic Mosaic and/or ARIA (Varian)

3-5 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or healthcare project/program management

Experience working in a provider healthcare environment

Strong workflow analysis and documentation skills

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and contribute quickly in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Experience

Oncology workflow optimization or care management initiatives

Collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, informatics, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent experience

Additional Information

Candidate must be comfortable with occasional onsite travel if requested

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($53-$56/hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
