Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations through physical examinations and comprehensive medical history analysis
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and laboratory results
• Work in close collaboration with surgeons to formulate and implement customized surgical treatment strategies
• Provide essential intraoperative support including preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication administration, wound management, discharge planning, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotations focused on surgical practice are highly desirable

Certifications

• Current and valid PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
