This role provides leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of remediation efforts while maintaining strong coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.The individual will act as a visible and proactive leader within the Cyber Remediation program, fostering accountability, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and enabling successful execution of program objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Program Execution & EnablementLead cyber remediation projects and initiatives as directed by the Program Lead, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including:Status trackersDependency logsMilestone trackingDefine and clearly communicate project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with organizational priorities.Support the creation and maintenance of program artifacts such as:Executive reportsDecision logsRisk registersEnsure transparency and continuity across all program activities.2. Documentation & Process DevelopmentAssess existing program documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.Design and implement standardized documentation practices to enable scalable and repeatable program operations.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of all program materials.3. Reporting & Stakeholder EngagementProvide structured and timely updates on:Project healthRisks and issuesKey achievementsUtilize program-approved templates and established reporting cadences.Engage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including:Business teamsIT teamsSecurity teamsEnsure documentation and testing activities accurately reflect:System dependenciesRecovery expectationsDrive stakeholder alignment and accountability across all remediation efforts.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of proven experience in program or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT remediation environments.5 years of strong understanding of cyber risk, remediation processes, and enterprise security frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.3 to 5 years of proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar).Preferred QualificationsExperience in cyber remediation, incident response, or IT risk management programs.Familiarity with regulatory or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
