Job Requirements:

• Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service

• Manage and perform opening and closing duties of the store

• Assisting in maintaining appropriate shift coverage

• Protect team members and guests by providing a safe and clean store environment – exceeding all health department standards

• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all standards set by ownership (e.g., serving firm/fresh custard)

• Professional approach to work with openness to learning new things and accepting feedback

• Communicate with potential applicants, interview, onboard, and train all new team members

• Weekly scheduling

• Perform inventory counts and product stock management

Necessities:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be able to work various shifts each week

• 3+ years of work experience required

• 1+ years of management experience required

• Food service/QSR experience preferred but not required

Whit's Frozen Custard opened on March 3, 2003 at the end of one of Granville, Ohio's coldest winters. Between the snowy weather and the locals questioning what frozen custard was, many felt it would simply not survive.
