We are looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Operations leadership recruiting. This is a high-impact, consultative role supporting senior stakeholders and helping build teams as the business scales. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is confident partnering with leadership, and has experience hiring Manager and above level operations talent. - Lead full-cycle recruiting for operations leadership roles (Manager, Senior Manager, Director-level and above)
- Partner with senior leaders to run intake meetings, calibrate on profiles, and advise on hiring strategy.
- Build sourcing plans and generate pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates for leadership capability, operational alignment, and culture fit.
- Manage the interview process end-to-end: scheduling coordination, feedback collection, candidate communication, and offer support.
- Experience recruiting for Operations / Plant / Field leadership roles at the Manager–Director level.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring teams with data and market insight.
- Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with strong organization and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first approach.
- Multi-site and/or high-growth hiring experience is a plus.
- High visibility with operations leadership and meaningful impact on business growth.
- Hybrid schedule in Chicago (2 days onsite).
- Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 base + eligibility to earn a bonus
