Before working independently, you'll be introduced to each new client so you understand their routine, expectations, and exactly who to contact if questions arise.

Available Hours

Position 1

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position 2

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Consistent clients with set schedules
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired

Pay & Perks

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 Retention Bonus
• $250 Referral Bonus
• Mileage reimbursement (when applicable)

Training & Support

• Paid orientation
• Ongoing training and support
• Online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid)

Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts
• Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation
• Dependable and professional communication

CNA, PCA, HHA, assisted living, group home, or other professional caregiving experience is a plus.

Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
