Key Qualifications Proven ability to drive amazing Guest experiences in a team environment. Experience with effectively managing multiple commitments to Guests and internal stakeholders. Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment. Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting. Proven track record of sales revenue growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance. Maintain accurate inventory control. Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate financial transactions. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment. Implement marketing strategies to boost store visibility and sales. Compensation & Benefits Base pay for a Mountain High Outfitters Store Manager is determined in part by experience and skill level, as well as individual Shop performance. The average base range is $55,000 - $62,500, and Store Managers are eligible for bonus pay that ranges between $1,000 and $5,000 per year. This is a salaried position and requires a work schedule of between 44 – 48 hours per week, depending upon Shop needs and season. Store Managers also receive benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, Paid Time Off and a range of discounted merchandise.
